At ThamizanSoft IT Services, we aim to provide high-quality IT products and reliable services. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase, this Refund & Return Policy explains your rights and options.

1. Product Sales (Laptops, Desktops, CCTV, Networking, Biometric, etc.)

  • Eligibility for Returns:
    • Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, unopened, and in original condition (including packaging, accessories, and invoice).
    • Products damaged due to customer misuse, mishandling, or installation errors are not eligible for return/refund.
  • Defective or Damaged Products:
    • If a product is received damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
    • We will inspect and, if eligible, offer a replacement or full refund.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Software licenses, antivirus keys, downloadable products.
    • Items purchased during clearance/special sale (unless defective).

2. Service Charges (Repairs, AMC, Installations)

  • No Refunds on Completed Services:
    • Once a service (repair, installation, AMC work, etc.) has been completed and accepted by the customer, refunds are not applicable.
  • Advance Payments:
    • If you cancel a service before work has started, the advance will be refunded (after deducting any administrative charges).
    • If work has already started, advance payments are non-refundable.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
  • For cash-on-delivery purchases, refunds will be issued through bank transfer/UPI.
  • You will be notified once your refund is processed.

4. Warranty & Repairs

  • Products sold come with manufacturer warranty (if applicable).
  • Repairs and services are covered only by the service warranty we specify at the time of service.
  • Warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, or unauthorized tampering.
