    At ThamizanSoft IT Services, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. This Return Policy explains the conditions under which products may be returned.

    1. Eligibility for Returns

    • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
    • To be eligible, items must be:
      • Unused and in the same condition as received.
      • In the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and invoice.

    2. Non-Returnable Items

    The following items cannot be returned:

    • Software, license keys, or digital downloads.
    • Items damaged due to improper use, handling, or unauthorized repair.
    • Products purchased under “Clearance Sale / Special Offer” unless defective.
    • Custom-built or specially ordered products.

    3. Damaged or Defective Products

    • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
    • After verification, we will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.

    4. Return Process

    • We will guide you on the pickup/return process.
    • The customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless the product is defective or incorrectly supplied.

    5. Inspection & Approval

    • All returned items undergo inspection.
    • If the product meets the return criteria, we will approve the return and process a replacement/refund.
    • If the item does not qualify (used, damaged, missing parts), it will be shipped back to the customer.

    6. Policy Updates

    We may revise this Return Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new Effective Date.
