At ThamizanSoft IT Services, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. This Return Policy explains the conditions under which products may be returned.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received.
- In the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and invoice.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Software, license keys, or digital downloads.
- Items damaged due to improper use, handling, or unauthorized repair.
- Products purchased under “Clearance Sale / Special Offer” unless defective.
- Custom-built or specially ordered products.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
- After verification, we will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.

5. Inspection & Approval
- All returned items undergo inspection.
- If the product meets the return criteria, we will approve the return and process a replacement/refund.
- If the item does not qualify (used, damaged, missing parts), it will be shipped back to the customer.
